WalMart . com Review !! Dear Moms, Which Loyalty Card Will Really Pay? www,moneyissues.co.za Retrieved: April 7, 2016 I don't know about you all, but I am IN LOVE with online shopping!! I think since I have had children my tolerance for people and the lines and the shenanigans that happen in those lines has severely declined! I mean, when I was growing up I tried with all I had to get my mom into the mall, a shop, ANYTHING! I loved to shop then and do now- the only difference is that I am NOT here for doing it in person anymore. At one point I thought it was a "mom" thing. The didn't like to shop and once I became a mom I didn't either... then, I remembered I still had my grandma and SHE loves to shop too! (and FYI- she is a MOM too, duh!!) Well, shopping buddy found! Buuuut, she is in her eighties and doesn't feel the call of the shops, as strongly as I do, in my *cough* thirties. So, I decided to give the world of online shopping a try...let...

Are You Kidding?! Dear Moms, I am really not a rant type of girl.... Yet, u want to scream and yell and run up and down my stairs right now hollering like a Banshee! Why, you might ask? Because I am frustrated. I feel like I have been banging my head against a brick wall, reinforced with steel rebar. Basically, I'm not getting anywhere and I feel like my brains are mush! It's this weird kind of energy where half of me us almost manic. It wants to get up, go get it, go do it... (Whatever the hell it is at the time) Then the other half is lying in a hammock whining like, "Nooooo, leave me alone- I want to lie here and listen to the world happening outside!" Meanwhile, my inner, "Resting B*tch" is angrily pacing in my head saying,"Both of you shut the hell up! We have way too much to do to be at odds with ourselves!" Do any of you get this restless/lazy dichotomy in your lives?! It's an odd sensation to experience, one minute you have...

Dear Moms, **Musings from my mind that May help you!** I'm a huge fan of homeownership. Owning a home can actually prove to be cheaper in the long run than renting in many parts of our country. I have been working to purchase a home for about two years now, and I finally feel ready!  However, owning a home is not for everyone. It's often a game of chance. A game in which you spin a wheel and hope for no whammies, ie bankruptcies, leins, floods! Oh yeah, you forgot about that, huh?! Here are MY biggest signs you may not be ready to buy your first house —just yet. You don't want to worry about maintenance, repairs, and other costs. Sacramento Home Repairs 916-472-0507 www.sacramentohandyman.com Retrieved: April 5, 2016 When you rent a home, the rent payment might go up over time, but this is the only "unpredictable" cost you have to worry about. When you own a home, you have to do your own maintenance, or pay somebody else to do it for you. You have...

HEALTHY BREAKIES:  Yummy, Easy Ways to Start Your Day! Dear Moms, "Breakfast is the most important meal of the day!" This is one of the first pieces of advice we received as children that we could give back to others with the same tone it was given to us, right?! But, as an adult- how well are you adhering to this age old adage? I personally can say, not that well. It started with being a college student; class at 8- no time to eat, catch up at lunch. This mindset continued as I began to work an early job, and had kids. Now I only eat breakfast on average 3-4 times a week. Which is not great... Clock face, Calendar, and Diary Page Stock Photo www.123rf.com Retrieved: April 4, 2016 Still, if you’re cutting calories, breakfast does seem to be the easiest meal to cut. The problem with that is, it doesn’t work for weight control. The National Weight Control Registry has tracked 10,000 people since 1994, and shown that those who eat breakfast control their weight...

Where Have I Been?! Dear Moms, Omg I haven't been here in a while?! How are you? How is the family? Have you been able to supress your mom rage? Lol Don't act like you don't know what I am talking about... You know the rage that bubbles up inside your gut- the rage that makes you just barely think about how far Mexico is from your hometown so you could make a break for it?  Okay, fine I'm the only one... Anywhozit- back to the business at hand. I have been lacking in my journalling, and I apologize. I have been busier than a one armed juggler! So many things to keep up with, and do. Then the family engagements, and a kid on the verge of middle school (orientations, sign ups, etc.) What's a mom to do?! How do YOU cope?! I hang on with hacks I have developed over time and I depend quite a bit on the help of the kids. I am in the midst of try ing to move and finding a place has become a full time job and I am having little to no result! I have trie...
