What is your worst parenting habit?

Dear Moms,

OMG, today has been one of those days! (Meaning I was stuck in conference calls all day and limited on what I could do holding a phone...oh, and did I fail to mention this is a post for YESTERDAY?!)

Anyway, today (yesterday) was one of those days that truly epitomized why MOM juice aka wine is so very valuable! It was also a day that brought about what I term to the children as, "mommy's spicy language"... You know, the swears!

?*%@!

Now, I have been known to suffer from a few parenting vices. I often times overcompensate and over indulge my children because I'm single as a parent. I don't regret that, I play the role of two parents thusly; my giving is that of two parents.

I believe my biggest vice as a parent is yelling! I used to not be a yeller. That is until I had more than one child- literally. I've noticed that once you have more adults than children in a household, you've got a problem! Lol Yelling has become part of the vernacular in our home. From yelling up the stairs, "Let's go!" to, "Leave your weiner in your pants!" voices raised on my part is the norm.

I'm not a fan of yelling. It does however, get the job done. I mean if I simply whispered, "Clean your room or I'm going to kill you", nothing would get done. Yet when I scream, "Clean your room or I'm going to kill you!" Life gets moving. Now you and I both know as well as my children know that I'm really not going to kill anyone- mainly because I don't look that hot in ORANGE or JUMPSUITS!

But, I am sure as moms you are able to relate to the threat level. Lol

This made me think, what other things do parents do that they're not that proud of? I mean I've been known to bribe a kid once or two THOUSAND times with a piece of candy you or a later bedtime, sometimes just to preserve my own sanity.

Soooooo I need feedback! I need all you moms that are reading this post right now to come in and let me know. Let's all cleanse, let's purge, let's share our burdens ladies! Lol Leave me a comment below- you can do it anonymously, you can do it openly and honestly- just tell me what your greatest parenting vice is. The first step to recovery is admitting you have a problem so, let's recover together! Until next time!
